Dr Foong Tian Yuan

BDS (Manipal), FICCDE (Ortho)

Dr. Foong obtained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Melaka Manipal Medical College (Manipal University) back in 2015. Post graduation, he furthered his training by completing the Progressive Orthodontic Seminar programme by McGann Postgraduate School of Dentistry (USA), deepening his expertise in orthodontics.

With a decade of experience in both public and private practice in Kota Kinabalu and Kuala Lumpur - he brings a wealth of clinical expertise and is known for his gentle and patient-centered approach. Dr Foong believes there’s a vital connection between oral health and overall well-being, which is reflected in his management that goes beyond treating teeth – focusing on restoring function and enhancing quality of life. His treatment are gentle, minimally invasive, tailored to each patient’s unique needs and lifestyle.

Dr Foong areas of focus are in orthodontic management (Braces for children & adults), restorative & cosmetic dental treatments and full mouth rehabilitations.

Beyond dentistry, he keeps an active lifestyle - particularly a gym enthusiast and enjoys occasional scuba diving trips. He is also passionate about giving back- volunteering annually on medical mission trips delivering essential dental care to the underserved rural communities.

Dr. Wilander Law Cheng Guan

BDS (AIMST), MFDS RCSEd, DClinDent Prosthodontics (Sheffield, UK), MPros RCSEng, MPros RCSEd, F (Pros) RCSEd

Dr. Wilander obtained his dental degree from AIMST University, Malaysia before pursuing his speciality training in Doctorate in Clinical Dentistry (Prosthodontics) at the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom. He was also awarded speciality membership and fellowship certification in Prosthodontics by both the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh and Royal College of Surgeons England. He is a registered dental specialist (Prosthodontist) with the Malaysian Dental Council.

His realm of clinical interest are mainly with treatment of tooth surface loss; surgical placement and restoration of dental implants; functional and aesthetic rehabilitation of compromised dentition; provision of complete dentures; and management of restorative/ prosthodontics complications.

Currently, he also serves as a fractional lecturer and prosthodontist in IMU University where he is actively teaching both the undergraduate and postgraduate diploma programs. Outside of tutoring, he practices as a visiting dental specialist in private clinics in Kuala Lumpur and Melaka.

Dr Wilander is known for his pragmatic approach in solving complex restorative issues and re-establishing functional occlusion in patients with collapsed bite.
